We want you to be satisfied when you buy perfumes and fragrances from us. If you are not delighted with your purchase or gift, you may return the item in its original condition to Royal Fragrance. We will gladly accept returns for any Royal Fragrance products upon receiving your items within 15 days of the Delivery date. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item as soon as you decide that you do not want the product.
Please note we do not refund shipping charges. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, refused or returned packages, unless we made an error. Please note that we cannot accept returned items that have been used/open and/or not returned in their original condition and packaging. We can only refund shipping costs and void the restocking charges if the return is a result of our error.
